Description This is a vintage extremely rare doo wop self titled 10" LP record featuring Billy Ward and His Dominoes. This very scarce 1954 released record album is on the Federal LP label #295-94 and has 8 great sides by this wonderful group that also featured Jackie Wilson & Clyde Mcphatter. This is one of the holy grails in doo wop lp record collecting and you rarely see one for sale. Condition of the record is very good plus. We have played this and there is very minimal surface noise even at the beginning grooves of the record. It plays very very nice with great fidelity. The record still has a lot of shine and clean labels. The label is slightly off centered less than 1/4" (see photos). The cover is very good with no writing. The left and right seams are split from top to bottom. At one time the left seam was taped and there is some tape residue and staining on the front and back cover. It is hardly noticeable on the front cover (see photo), but a little more noticeable on the back cover (see photo). There is a light crease to the bottom left corner area and there is some foxing to the upper right edge. The bottom edge has some surface wear. The back cover shows some age yellowing. The cover still looks great and colorful! There are no stickers or writing. Please see 6 photos! This is one of the most very sought after records to add to your collection!
