On auction is A BRAHMS RECITAL performed by HELEN TRAUBEL (Soprano) with COENRAAD BOS (Piano). Released by COLOMBIA RECORDS Mono ML-2072 on 10 Inch record. Condition of thick cardboard Cover is Excellent with no seam splits, light ring wear, no promo holes, no writting and firm corners. Front picture is still very vibrant and back cover white area has slightly tanned from age but no stains or pen marks. Condition of Vinyl is VG++ (Almost Excellent) with very light paper scuff marks and plenty of gloss and shine left. Play graded at VG++ with very ight background audible mostly in quite parts of music. Labels are free of writting and have light spindle wear. Tracks are as follows: SIDE ONE = Vier Ernste Gesange (Four Serious Songs) Op 121 (It befalleth both men and beasts - I journeyed on my way - O Death how bitter art thou - Though with the tongues of men and holy angels) SIDE TWO = Sapphie Ode - Op 49 No 4, Die Mainacht Op 34 No 2, May Night Op 34 No 2, The Smith Op 19 No 4, Like Melodies in my Thoughts Op 105 No 1 Record cleaned on a Nitty Gritty Record cleaner.
