Description I think this one's getting hard to find these days. From dub genius Lee Perry, it's an Island Records compilation from 1979,and mighty fine it is too. Opening with Vibrate On, which is so laid-back it's like witnessing the evolution of a species in real-time. This mutates into Jah Lion's angry toast to Police & Thieves. After such a sublime initial double-act it doesn't really matter what follows, but there is much of Perry's exquisite art left to enjoy. I don't remember being aware of any static. Visually both sides are totally clean. Both labels are fine, apart from some very minor spindle wear. I cannot find a fault with the sleeve: near mint!
