THE BEATLES PLEASE PLEASE ME1962 1st BLACK & GOLD STEREO PRESS PCS 30421st PRESS Dick James creditsYEX 94-1 YEX 95-1MOTHERS 1 R & 1 GMZT TAX CODE I WILL POST TO ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD WHEN PAYMENT IS MADE THROUGH PAYPAL OR BANK TRANSFER This without doubt the most famous record in the world and is probably the most sought after rare piece of vinyl that there is, pressed in extremely small numbers it is well known that only 900 actually made it off the press. In 1962 this record signalled the start of the most famous band in history, the band that changed music for ever. The Beatles! DESCRIPTION & GRADINGThis record does show up on EBay from time to time most are in well played condition at best, here I am putting up for auction an EXCELLENT visually example but more importantly an example that has the best audio from this pressing that you will ever hear, it is quite simply extraordinary. There NO skips, jumps, pops or unwanted background noise it is as the day it was pressed. Perfection. Visually side 1 is superb and graded as a strong EX+ with a fresh pressed shine and only faint whispy sleeve removal marks when tilted in daylight, the label is stunning and holds the MZT tax code which is clearly visible, all the gold lettering is perfect and there is very little signs of previous use. Label grading is EX+. Playback is perfect from start to finish with a stereo sound that cannot be replicated. Side 2 does have 3 stylus marks which can be seen under normal conditions making the grading slightly less than side 1 but dont be too disappointed as it still looks in EX condition and the sound is not effected in any way what so ever proving that any marks are only superficial. The label is again utterly stunning with perfect gold lettering and amazingly virtually NO spindle wear. Label grading EX+. Audio Playback over all has to be graded as EX+++ to MINT!! The outer sleeve is the original true 'gold' 1st press sleeve and is in VG condition with some usual damage to the rear flip backs and is slightly grubby but nothing at all too bad, the front is in great condition as is the spine. Overall this example looks fantastic and I doubt that a better quality audio example exists anywhere! All pictures are of the actual record and sleeve which is being auctioned and have been taken in a conservatory in bright daylight. PAYMENT & POSTAGE With regards to payment I will only accept Paypal and please only bid if you intend to go through with the auction. All non payers will be reported.I will post to anywhere in the world so if you would like to discuss payment and postage please just send me a message via EBay.
