The item is sealed but has some damage on the lower corner on the back/edge from shipping when I received it. The cover art was left intact and undamaged. The disc and jacket are NOT warped. A slight blemish means a great deal for you. You can see the color of the disc from my copy of the record. A great debut album by Jake Dreyer on guitar (Iced Earth), John Michael on vocals (Sanctuary), and Adam Sager on drums (RIP). Again, this is my second copy. You will receive the sealed record. You will also receive some promo cards with it. 2) Tourniquet: Gazing at Medusa splatter vinyl Lim to 200 NO COVER/NO INSERT. This vinyl was a replacement for my record that came warped but after a long time under bunch of heavy books and on the shelf has corrected itself and plays fine now. I have played this one a couple of times. An excellent album with Tim “Ripper” Owens (ex-Iced Earth) on vocals, Ted Kirkpatrick on drums/bass, and Chris Poland (ex-Megadeth) and Aaron Guerra on guitars. Again, you are getting the replacement disc which is in perfect shape. 3) Ketzer 7” on clear & black marbled wax numbered #44/100. Played once.
