Description You are bidding here for the 78 rpm record as described below and as shown in my accompanying photographs.Billy Fury Angel Face / Time Has Come 1959 Decca 78rpm F 11158 A rare opportunity here to acquire this extremely collectable early Billy Fury 78 rpm record. Both sides have some surface marks but no scratches of any note. Extremely good for its age. I last played this record some years ago and can recall how well it sounded. It has been stored upright in a dark cupboard until this week. I have deliberately tried to show both sides at their 'worst'. I will let the photos do the talking other than to point out two small flaws. 1) See pic 3. I have highlighted a small light surface chip to the run-in groove. 2) See pic 12 (and some of the other pics). I can't think of an accurate word for this but I'm referring to the small 'indentation' i.e. the small spot where the surface has 'come away'. To put it another way, think of a pit hole on a road surface (but obviously considerably smaller!! The pictures should hopefully make this clear.I have made no attempt to clean the record myself but I'm sure a good clean by someone who knows what they're doing would be of benefit.I don't have the original Decca record sleeve but will take one from another of my Decca 78s of the period.
