The gate fold sleeve is EX+ it would be near mint but it has one or two very small scuffs on the front face otherwise it is crisp and clean with no wear all the edges are sharp and the spine text is sharp and clear, the labels are in near mint condition and the vinyl is in EX+ condition but it has a patch of vinyl shadow on both side as it has been stored since new and only played once or twice on this 1969 UK Vetigo Records album 1st issue VO3 847 902 VTY by manfred Mann - "Chapter Three" See photos for more details.
