Description This is the promo copy for Kill Em All that Megaforce sent out in 1983. Megaforce was barely a label then and was operating on a shoestring budget at best. I'm sure you know the story of Metallica and Johnny Z. Record printing would have cost money so most of these were just what were called "cut corner" promos. Same product largely, just had the sleeve defaced to prevent it being sold. You can see the difference in the two silver labels between the first release shown in the first photo vs. the later silver label releases with the new Megaforce address on it. Both are the same MRI-069 part number because it was a pretty small operation then. The later printings all had the address on them.
