Description ALBUM DESCRIPTION: This is an ultra rare vinyl LP album by country super star Reba McEntire entitled " Rumor Has It " MCA 10016. This LP album is a Columbia Record Club edition as identified by the "CRC" on each side of the labels and at the lower left of the outer jacket back cover. The rarity of vinyl format of this LP is likely timing as many LPs released in this era were on cassettes and CD formats. There are ten (10) tracks in all which includes " Fancy " the popular Bobbie Gentry penned song from 1969 and the title track " Rumor Has It ". See photo of back cover for all track listings plus the LP musician credits. This LP was digitally recorded at Emerald Studios as noted on jacket back cover. VINYL CONDITION: This sparkling vinyl shows no signs of past use or handling. We have fully test played all tracks on both sides and have received exceptional playback throughout with one exception where we noted an almost unnoticeable quick skip about mid-way through the "Fancy" track. We rate the vinyl condition as Excellent Plus-Plus (EX++). It comes with a new generic inner sleeve. JACKET CONDITION: The outer jacket has a great photo of Reba on the cover (worthy of framing is one is so inclined). We note that there are two (2) tiny staple holes at upper left corner of the cover that do not extend to back cover. There is are some signs of past storage and handling including a slight indication of ring wear that is barely noticeable (mostly of back cover), some edge wear (NO seam splits) and corner softening. We conservativly rate the condition of this outer jacket as Very Good Plus (VG+). A new poly slip-on outer sleeve is included to help preserve this 29 year-old LP for many years to come! The vinyl within the inner sleeve will be separated from outer jacket in shipment. A heavy duty LP record mailer will be used with inserts and ample bubble wrap. Never a packing charge.
