Here's an amazing eclectic collection of mostly 1960's & early 70's albums that includes everything from The Who, Tucky Buzzard, Deep Purple, The Beatles & Led Zeppelin, to Blues & essential 60's Psych! Ex++/Ex++) PINK FLOYD - OBSCURED BY CLOUDS (Classic album on the Harvest label, 1972, inc Childhood's End etc. Ex+/Ex) JIGSAW - S/T (On the Chelsea label, 1975, inc Sky High, etc. Ex+/Ex++) ROLLING STONES - BLACK & BLUE (Regarded as their last truly great album, on the Stones label 1976. Was voted their best album in one poll. VG/VG) ANANDA SHANKAR - S/T (Superb album released on the Reprise label 1970. Ananda was Ravi Shankar's nephew and equally blessed with talent. Here he produced some superb covers of rock tracks using the Sitar, which were superbly groovy and psychedelic sounding. Best track of all is his amazing cover of JumpIn' Jack Flash by the Stones, but some other great covers including The Doors' Light My Fire, plus some awe inspiring original tracks by Ananda as well, inc Metamorphosis etc. Nr.Mint/Nr.Mint) PIECES OF A DREAM - ABOUT TIME (EMI/Capitol label. Ex+/Ex) CHOCOLATE WATCH BAND - THE INNER MYSTIQUE (Classic '68 psych album on the French Eva label. Wonderful album inc the truly superb In The Past, perhaps one of the best psych tracks ever, and the wonderfully dreamy Voyage Of The Trieste. Ex+/Ex+) MOBY GRAPE - S/T (Their 1967 debut album on Columbia, imc Hey Grandma, Changes, Mr.Blues, Indifference etc. Ex+/Ex+) BLIND FAITH - S/T (1969 release on the very rare 1st press with the original banned cover, and "Distributed by Polydor & Island" credit on the inside left of the gatefold. Book price on these is now £70. Nice copy. Cover is Ex and vinyl is Ex+, apart from one extremely feint, light whispy scuff on one side, which does not affect playing at all. Getting very hard to find nice copies of this on 1st press now.
