This is a lot consisting of TWO ORIGINAL 1964 U.S. CAPITOL RECORDS 7" 45s IN THEIR ORIGINAL PICTURE SLEEVES containing the Beatles songs titled 'If I Fell'/'And I Love Her'. Both are Capitol Records U.S. catalog number 5235. As can be seen in my accompanying images, one 45 and sleeve in this lot is a 'west coast' issue, with notched and uneven top edges on the picture sleeve and stacked song title print on the record, while the other 45 and sleeve in this lot is an 'east coast' issue, with unnotched and even top edges on the picture sleeve and unstacked song title print on the record. The tint of the picture of the Beatles on these sleeves also varies somewhat between the two issues - the 'west coast' picture has a darker blue tint than does the 'east coast' sleeve. Condition aspects are as follows: WEST COAST 45: Condition of record is a SOLID NM with no visible surface marks. Labels have no real flaws. Condition of picture sleeve is a high VG+ with a few slight wrinkles, a small amount of ring and contact wear, and a little wear along the edges, mainly along the top edge. Picture sleeve has no water damage, splits, tears, writing, or stickers. EAST COAST 45: Condition of record is a SOLID NM with no visible surface marks. Labels have no real flaws. Condition of picture sleeve is a high VG+ with a few slight wrinkles, some ring and contact wear, and a little wear along the edges, mainly along the top edge.
