The cast includes Orianna Sanatunione as Caterina Hubscher (aka Madame Sans-Gene)j, Franco Tagliavini as Lefebvre, Renato Capecchi as Fouche, and Mario Zanasi as Napoleon. The Orchestra and Chorus of Teatro alla Scala, Milan is conducted by Gianandrea Gavazzeni. The performance took place in February 1967. The accompanying booklet contains the complete sung Italian text and an English translation. The records are in excellent condition, having been in storage for over 20 years.
