Description Released in 1984, this is a limited individually-numbered edition of 26 specially-produced singles to commemorate the 10th anniversary of ABBA winning the Eurovision Song Contest. The 26 blue vinyl 7" singles are each in individual picture sleeves, with their own individual catalogue number (ABBA 26/1 - 26/26) on the front and back of the sleeve and on the label. The singles are housed in a blue flip top box with silver embossed lettering. It also contains a numbered certificate insert and a discography insert that has the track listing for each single with the original release date and highest chart position details. I have never played the singles but having looked at them before listing, I can't see any significant scratches or damage. After all, they're not really meant to be played are they? The single covers are in excellent condition APART from Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! which has a worn/torn area about 1 inch long on one edge (see pic for close-up). The box itself is showing its age (35 years old). The left side edge of the outer box is slightly curved. It generally looks well worn and the crease on the flip-top part on the front facing shows it's been flipped open and shut a lot in its life. I have not owned this from new, I received it second-hand but I don't know how many previous owners it may or may not have had. It has been well looked-after since I've had it but it was already in this condition when I acquired it. It's still a fantastic item for an ABBA collector. It was very exciting in 1984 when it was released. I have tried to take truthful, clear pictures. (Reason for selling: Lucky enough to have a spare). The box weighs 1.185kg before packaging.
