The condition is as the photo with no damage or folds to edges or photos on back and front. When I really scrutinise it I can see some wear to the very edges side on from filing storage (but not significant enough to see from front or back). There is abot 2mm of wear just 2mm in from the spine and another wear of about 1cm at the bottom edge again near the record pouch exit. The inner sleeve is fine Regards
