Credits Walter Hofer as the music publisher and has 45-44772 etched in the dead wax. Vinyl is in VG+ to Ex condition. Has been played completely through. Sounds and plays fine. Has a few light surface scratches that did not effect the sound or playing ability. Picture sleeve shows some light to moderate shelf wear, but still looks and displays very nicely.
