Description Bob Dylan--Another Side Of Bob Dylan--Columbia 2193. From 1964, his fourth album, he managed to keep on track with this offering as well as the others and that was to keep it solo. "Another Side" almost made the Top 30, it did eventually go gold. This is the mono version, first press, stamped matrix, so let's start out with the cover, not bad some minor issues, some discoloring, a small bit of ring wear, graphics are intact all four sides are VERY sturdy, there is a bit of lite writing, didn't catch it at first. The spine is unremarkable, extremely legible, and finally, a bit of flaking mid way on the jacket opening. The back has some discoloration as well, not as many issues as the front, graphics clear and legible. The wax is still very bright for its age, only a few scuff marks and scuff lines, I'll break it down---Side 1--TR one some lite ticking about the first minute or so, doesn't over power---TR 3--a tick and pop--TR 4--a lite tick--TR 5--a lite tick-----Side 2 TR one, some static about first ten seconds and a few lite pops---TR 4--a few pops and a tick--TR 5---a bit of static for about ten seconds. Anything not mentioned plays almost like new. I didn't see ant scratches, so therefore I would conclude that any of these noises are from pressing plant issues or whatever. Will go with a decent VG for the cover and the same for the wax, still an enjoyable disc!! I'll start low and we shall see!!!
