Probably the coolest picture disc ever. Released by Phantasy Sound/Because Music in 2012. Limited to only 300 copies. Presented in a clear plastic single-pocket outer sleeve with a printed insert. The record is in MINT/UNPLAYED condition. No scratches or scuffs. The clear sleeve has a couple of seam splits, unfortunately. Easily replaced though.
