The cover is SCREEN PRINTED and HAND NUMBERED 133 out of 200 total pressed. The cover is printed on thick black paper with silver and white ink. Comes with a double sided inner sleeve with lyrics and liner notes. Also comes with a business card for Liberated Screen Printing since they printed the covers. Cover, jacket, and sleeve are like new, with the exception of a small seam split on one side of the insert edge which was there when I bought it. This was purchased at a show in Chicago, IL.
