GREEN DAY 39/Smooth LP Year and pressing info: 1989 or 1990, 1st pressing of only 800 on transparent GREEN vinyl, has Lookout's "Laytonville Cal." address (they later moved to Berkeley)-----> Please note that the true vinyl color is GREEN, my camera for some reason does not want to show its true color <------Label and cat#: Lookout Records, #22 Record condition: NM, Vinyl looks perfect, only played a few times back in the 90's. I did hold it & show it many times so it might need a slight cleaning. Its very hard to tell if there are any scuffs on the vinyl since its colored. I do remember it playing very well back in the day.Cover condition: M- cover looks Perfect! has been in a clear plastic cover since new. Spine looks MINT!insert: insert is mint THE HOLY GRAIL OF GREEN DAY COLLECTIBLES! There is so much going for this record; it's Green Day's debut release recorded way back in 1989, it's a 1st pressing, its only Lookout Records 22nd release and it's pressed on GREEN vinyl of course. A MUST HAVE FOR ANY GREEN DAY FAN! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well, after 30 years of collecting Punk & Hardcore vinyl I never thought this day would come. After switching to CD in the 1990s and then to MP3 in the 2000s, I can't justify keeping my collection any longer so I offer it to you. I started collecting back in 1982 in the San Francisco Bay area where most of my records were purchased new. I moved to Florida in 1986 and still collected up unto the late 1990s. I have always treated my records with the most care. None of my original records are less then very good condition and most are in near mint condition. I did collect many used records over the years and also got many from friends that did not treat them so well. Those records will be described in detail as well. All records will be shipped with a protective plastic sleeve, vinyl removed from cover to protect spine during shipping and 12 inch records will be packaged in a LP designed cardboard mailer. 7 inch records will be packaged in comparable cardboard packaging. Only the best for my old records! Please check my other auctions for many other killer original hardcore and punk classics all this year! Over 300 records from 1977-1999 will be up for auction until all sold. If you have any questions or want an Excel spreedsheet of my collection feel free to email me. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I only accept PayPal and ship within the continental US. If you are outside the US or in Alaska or Hawaii please email me ahead of time for shipping cost since they will vary depending on your location. Payment must be received within 3 days of auction end. I ship USPS within 1 business day after receiving PayPal payment, but almost always ship within the same day. I ship all my records in proper padded record mailers. Shipping costs:LP - Economy shipping USPS Media Mail $4.00LP - Expedited shipping USPS Priority Mail $8.007" - Economy shipping USPS Media Mail $4.007" - Expedited shipping USPS Priority Mail $8.00Shipping to Europe will range from $13.00 to $21.00 depending on countryI'll gladly combine shipping up to 3 LP's or 4 7"s My grading: MINT (M): New in original un-opened packaging, perfect, never played and like new in every way. I probably won't have many of these since all were played at least once & covers moved around for decades. NEAR MINT (NM): Opened and played very few times, only very minor visual imperfections. Super clean cover. EXCELLENT (EX): Played lightly and well cared for, a few light scuffs. Cover may have a few creases or imperfections. Still a very clean record and cover. VERY GOOD (VG): Has scuffs or light scratches and noticeable signs of heavier wear and handling. Cover may have more visible wear, small rips or small seam splits. GOOD (G): Has many scuffs and scratches, signs of heavy wear and handling. Cover shows obvious marks, creases, rips, tape, seam splits or wear, labels ripped or written on. Basically not cared for. (these records were the ones I purchased used or received from friends). +/-: If I have a hard time putting either record or cover into a solid grade. I am happy to offer a refund where the item does not match my description. -----------> Please be aware that I am visually grading my vinyl not play grading. <------------ ***** I strive for positive 5-star feedback for every transaction ***** **** 100% positive feedback seller since 1999 so bid with confidence! **** I will leave positive feedback for you after I receive positive feedback from you and I know you are satisfied.
