Reply Notify me 6 Helpfulrotylmun February 21, 2015HUGE record, amazing it's 19 years old and still sounds Ffressshh! absolutely essential disco house, solid 5/5 Reply Notify me 2 Helpfultelwin5000 June 15, 2014I just never got this album or could understand the hype, or why even listen to this in 1996 (or at any time for that matter) with cajual/reliefs immediate back catalogue as just one example, bizarre. of course i have heard this album many times, how can you not, but this has just confirmed my first impressions Reply See 1 reply Notify me HelpfulDorstlesser February 10, 2014edited over 7 years ago Anyone else having trouble with tracking on this vinyl? Especially on Rollin' & Scratchin' I've got a lot of skipping, on two different record players. Vinyl was new and sealed, so I'm assuming the grooves are absolutely in order. Currently using a Lenco L75 with stock tonearm and Pickering XV-15 cartridge. This is fine equipment but sadly I don't have a gauge to check my tracking weight (which I should have, I realize)..... However, if anyone has similar problems, it might simply be an issue with the vinyl, not my setup. Any particular tips? That one (glossy) doesn't have NilZ on the runout while the other one DOES. They both have the same barcode and catalog number though. Are there any experts or knowledgable Homework collectors out there that know which release is which? Doubt every track on it would suit every ear, but it's undoubtedly a classic album - and to many, Daft Punk's high water mark.
