Description Signed on 26/1/79 in the Manchester Russell club by all members of JoyDivision, Bernard sumner signed his surname as Alberecht not Sumner for some reason. I was there as a favour to a German promoter who wanted to book the band but heard Ian had been having problems on stage and was worried about the cost of 1) them pulling out and no insurance on ticket sales and 2) an accident with Ian on stage.. Insurance was too high in the end to book them so I got to see and meet them thanks to riegel promotions GMBH, I worked with new order in 1990's and always loved their music and the way they were so down to earth. I kept this in a dark book, smoke free and need to sell now to pay for medical bills. Thanks for looking..
