A thin blue line runs through the middle of the white paper on both sides.)- Official test pressing jacket (standard issue for all test pressings from Pirates Press) with sticker featuring product ID barcode, band name, album title and catalog number / label info (see photo) - The Ascension Monuments Media official / licensed cassette edition of the album (ltd to 250 hand #'ed copies)- The Ascension Monuments Media / Red Stream Records co-release A5 digipak CD of "Heaven In Flames: At War Edition", which features the originally-intended cover art for "Heaven in Flames" (as provided to AMM from Red Stream), and features a completely different / keyboard-free mix of the album that was originally only released on cassette via At War Records (France) in 1999! Never released since. This A5 edition is available on it's own and is limited to 300 hand-numbered copies.
