If you have moved and the postal service returns your item, you will have to pay shipping again before I send the item out. 2. I do my best to ship a week. International shipping can often take that long as well particularly if we're talking Italy or the United Kingdom. 3. I am a fair and honest person to deal with. One last word on grading: The grading is visual grading only. I do not play test every record I list. Some records will play better than they look and vice versa. Please keep that in mind.
