It provides the best seller/buyer protection for transactions. For customers that do not pay immediately, we generally send out a reminder invoice within 12 hours of the close of the auction. If payment is not received within two business days from the close of the auction, the buyer will be sent a reminder invoice. Nonpayment will be handled according to ebay resolution policies. SHIPPING AND HANDLING: It is our goal to ship your product within two business days from the close of the auction. Product will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. We currently Do NOT offer international shipping. The shipping cost is determined by using the ebay shipping calculator. If a buyer purchases two or more items, the shipping cost will be recalculated based on the new weight and size of the combined purchases. Other shipping options may be available for larger products. Please check the listing. We do charge a $1.00 per auction handling charge to cover packing materials, tape and time. RETURNS: Since the majority of the items that we list are "used items" we generally do not accept returns. There are some exceptions: 1. We sent the wrong item. 2. We misidentified the item. 3. The item does not function or work as we described upon arrival. Please contact us immediately for return/refund instructions. If your product has been damaged as a result of shipping we will work with you to submit a claim. NOTE: Please do not choose to bid on our auction if you do not agree with the above procedures and policies. To do so and then complain, leave negative feedback or low ratings is just unfair. It is our goal to communicate in a factual and courteous manner. We choose to give the buyer the benefit of the doubt when something goes wrong. Please do the same for us. We will make mistakes.
