The Good Earth, Manfred Mann’s Earthband, Used. I’m selling my record collection of around 400 vinyl albums from the late sixties to eighties. Many heavy rock and blues + others. Have a good look more and more being listed as I get round to looking, playing and cleaning them for grading purposes. My username is Jimsstuff99. The Good Earth is record 1 of 4 albums by Manfred Mann’s Earthband that I am listing. It became part of my collection that I started in 1968. Most of my albums have been stored away upright in a cupboard for the last 40 years or so. This album cover is in great condition. I’ve given it a VG+. The original inner sleeve is also VG+. The vinyl has plenty of surface scratches. For this reason I am suggesting a VG/VG+. Have a good look at the pictures. All of these old vinyl records do have light scratches and marks. With all these albums I am listing I can’t listen to them all straightaway so if you want more information on a particular record please message me and I’ll give it a good listen and give you my opinion. Matrix/Runout is A2U, B2U If you win more than one of my auctions then I can keep the postage the same £3.95 for up to 5 albums. Let me know if this is the case. Happy bidding. I am using the Goldmine record grading system. Mint - The record is unplayed and still sealed (I do not use this particular grading on any record which is not still sealed!).Near Mint - The record has probably only been played a couple of times (if at all) and may have a couple of very light marks which do not affect the playing quality at all. Very Good+/Excellent - The record may have slight wear but should still have good sound quality. It may have some light scratches or light marks but no heavy scratches. Very Good - The record has obviously been played several times and has either scratches or marks but should still play fine (possibly with some crackle). Good - The record has been well played and has several scratches, it should still play but probably has lots of noise or even jumps or sticks. Poor - Tatty and really only suitable as a gap filler.
