Description You’re looking at a very rare Canadian metal show, Canada’s equivalent to America’s Headbangers Ball. It was called the Pepsi Power Hour. This DVD contains a full episode of Blue Spotlight, the full Iron Maiden special from March of 1988. It’s complete, but Blue Spotlight didn’t have commercials. It’s about 30 minutes long. Then you get an additional, full episode of Pepsi Power Hour, with Laurie Brown hosting. There are no special guests on this episode, but they show an interview with the band Triumph. The first show doesn’t have commercials because there are none for that one, but the second show is 100% complete with commercials, videos, everything intact. Finally, on top of all that, at the end of the disc you get a rare CBS news segment called ‘VCR Horrors’. You can find this on YouTube, but this is not a YouTube transfer. I took this off my original VHS. It’s a little over 15 minutes long total. This DVD was recorded in the best possible standard definition quality, XP Mode. This is a Dual-Layer disc, meaning it’s twice as large as a regular DVD. I recorded this myself, with my own high quality equipment, in the best possible quality. You won’t be getting some pixelated, low quality DVDR from me. If you notice though, you will see that there are two white lines on the left and right side of the picture. That’s because this was recorded 30 years ago from an old Canadian cable TV broadcast. I have countless episodes, more Iron Maiden specials, I have Megadeth specials, Testament specials, Anthrax specials, tons of old school metal videos and interviews from the 80’s. I have a lot of MTV stuff too. I have a lot of really high quality Headbangers Ball episodes, Japanese metal shows from the 80’s, German metal shows from the 80’s and 90’s.
