About shipping - The US Post Office raised the rates on postage as of January 1st 2013. Also, please understand this in advance, I use the e-bay calculator to figure out postage. Sometimes, it is wrong, and presents a cost that is higher then the actual cost at the post office. If and when this is the case, I always refund the difference via Paypal. Please Note: Overseas Packages that go through the Customs system, can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to Process and Deliver, this IS normal. For Russia and the Middle East, this can take even longer and is completely out of my control, so please be patient.
