US Buyers Never Pay More Than $3.98 S&H per Shipment! Check out our other LPs for sale! Monk Woodson Vintage—Faye Richmonde & Co. My Pussy Belongs to Daddy Beacon LP #305 [1957] Format: LP Vinyl: VG+ (play grade) Cover: VG+ An early pressing of one of Joe Davis’s collections of bawdy adult material from the late 1950s (and probably something Don Draper would have had tucked away in his Hi-Fi cabinet). The shiny vinyl is relatively unmarked and clean, though there is some faint surface noise throughout (likely resulting from the quality of the original vinyl rather than the treatment of the previous owner). The original cheesecake jacket is solid and intact with some minor edge wear (the back cover also has some slight rubbing and discoloration). Classic! See the accompanying images for the item’s condition, labels, track listings, and other info. All photographs show the actual items we’re auctioning; we never use stock or borrowed images. For complete grading scale, see below. • Payment, Shipping & Handling As a rule, we combine shipping, and we wrap all items carefully before shipping them in rugged cardboard LP mailers with strengthening inserts. If you would prefer for us to remove the LP from the jacket before packaging, please let us know when you pay for your item(s). —Buyers in the US: We only accept payment via PayPal. All payments must be made to PayPal within three days of the auction’s end. We post a series of new auctions every week, usually from Saturday to Saturday. Because of our discounted shipping, we cannot stockpile items from week to week for US buyers, so we expect to conclude all transactions within three days of the auction’s end. Once we receive your payment, we will ship your item(s) as quickly as possible, typically within one business day. Shipping: In the US, we use USPS Media Mail according to this formula: $2.99 for the first LP + $.99 for a second LP + $0.00 (yes, free!) for each additional LP This means that buyers in the US won’t pay more than $3.98 for S&H (unless, in exceptional cases, the listing clearly states otherwise). If you buy one LP, you will pay $2.99 for S&H; if you buy a double LP, you will pay $3.98 for S&H; if you buy a four-LP box set, you will pay $3.98 for S&H; if you buy six different LPs, you will pay $3.98. Expedited shipping (via USPS Priority Mail) is more expensive, but it is also available upon request. If you prefer this option, you should contact us before the end of the auction to make arrangements and receive our quote. If you buy more than one item, please request an invoice or wait for our invoice before paying for your item(s). This will allow us to discount your S&H properly. —International Buyers: NOTE: THE RATES FOR USPS FIRST CLASS SHIPPING HAVE RECENTLY INCREASED! We only accept payment via PayPal. After an auction ends, we will send you an invoice for the item with its shipping costs, and all payments must be made to PayPal within three days of receiving our invoice. Once we receive your payment, we will ship your item(s) as quickly as possible, typically within one business day. As a courtesy to our international buyers, we will hold your purchased items (up to 4 LPs) for up to one month in order to help you keep your shipping costs down. (Shipping costs for packages over 4 pounds rise dramatically.) If you would like us to hold your items, then let us know after your first winning bid. We will then send an invoice either when you have completed all of your bidding, when you have purchased 4 LPs, or when one month has passed after your first purchase. Shipping: At this time, we only ship to Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, and Canada. For S&H outside of the US, we use the new USPS First Class Package International. THE RATES FOR FIRST CLASS SHIPPING HAVE RECENTLY INCREASED: Costs for international S&H now range from $20 for the first LP (U$12 to Canada) to $35 for packages up to 4 pounds (or U$25 to Canada). In some cases—combined shipping for multiple items to Canada, for example—we will also consider shipping via UPS for slightly lower S&H costs if you prefer. Of course, we are always happy to provide you with a quote for an item’s S&H if you need it before bidding. Please note that USPS First Class cannot yet be insured or tracked. If you would like a quote for more expensive shipping options that include insurance and tracking, please contact us before bidding. Disclaimer: International buyers are wholly responsible for import duties, taxes, and related charges, which are not included in our item prices or shipping costs. In addition, we will not falsify customs declarations or mark items as ‘gifts.’ If you have any questions about your import expenses, check with your country’s customs office to determine these additional costs prior to bidding or buying. Once your auction ends, please request an invoice or wait for our invoice before paying for your item(s). This will allow us to calculate your S&H accurately. • Return Policy We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy in the event that you aren’t satisfied. If an item is defective or not as described, we will refund your initial payment (including S&H) via PayPal within three business days of receiving the returned item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Note: We expect you to return your item in its original condition, which means that a sealed item is only eligible for a refund if it’s returned in its original, sealed condition. • Thanks! We’re confident that you’ll be pleased with your purchase, and we make every effort to offer superior service. If you have any questions either during an auction or after a successful bid, please contact us. If you have any concerns about your purchased item once you receive it, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue quickly and fairly before you leave your feedback. At all times, our goal is to earn your five stars. • Grading Unless otherwise noted, all LPs are visually graded in bright light; jackets are graded separately. The specific description will always note any distinctive flaws or features. SS: An LP that has been unopened since it was originally purchased. Of course, we cannot grade this vinyl directly, but we reckon that SS LPs are, at the very least, in NM condition. M: Mint. Because we rate our LPs conservatively, we don’t use this grade. NM: Nearly Mint. Vinyl is clean and glossy with no signs of use, as though unplayed. Likewise, the jacket is still crisp and clean, uncreased and uncut. EX: Excellent. Vinyl is clean with only slight signs of use, while some wear to the jacket is just evident but minor. Otherwise flawless covers that are marked with either promotional stamps or cut-outs will often receive a grade in this range. VG+: Vinyl has been handled with care but displays some negligible wear (light paper scuffing, for example) that shouldn’t affect play. Jacket shows normal aging (ring wear, edge wear, slight rubbing, etc.) without compromising its integrity or artwork. VG: Vinyl shows visible signs of wear (surface scratches, groove wear, loss of luster, spindle trails, etc.) that could produce some light surface noise but shouldn’t be distracting to the listener. Jacket shows moderate wear (including rubbing, splitting, or writing). Overall, a solid used copy—and often a bargain. VG-: A bit more wear than VG, and, for vinyl, likely more surface noise (though any LPs with this amount of wear will be play-graded to ensure that they play through completely without skips and jumps). Occasionally, well-treated vinyl might suffer from a well-worn, VG- cover (thus, the separate grades). In general, most of our auction items are in VG+ condition or above, so an item in this lowest category is usually redeemed by its rarity, novelty, or charm, in spite of its apparent condition. _gsrx_vers_525 (GS 6.6.5 (525))
