It is the second album, a sequel to Penitentiary Blues, and released in1973. Side One is simply named, "The Beginning" and SideTwo, "The End". This concept album repeatedly uses the phrase "Asphalt Jungle" to describe the life Coe grew up in. On the back cover, it describes the story of how this album came to be written by he and his foster dad in the Ohio Penitentiary.
