Vintage Movie Star Autographs for sale, Hollywood autographs, movie star signed photos, etc Earl Nightingale& Claude M. Bristol Six Vinyl 33rpm LP Albums "The Strangest Secret" Four Nightingale "Our Changing World" Radio Program LPs and "The Magic of Believing" Earl Nightingale (1921-1989) was a popular motivational speaker, author, and radio personality in the 1950s and 1960s. Nightingale served during WW II and was on the U.S.S. Arizona on Dec. 7, 1941 when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. He was one of 15 Marines who were onboard and survived. During 1956, he produced a spoken word record, The Strangest Secret, which sold more than a million copies, making it the first spoken-word recording to achieve Gold Record status. Nightingale's radio program, Our Changing World, became the most syndicated radio program ever, and was broadcast across the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, South Africa, the Bahamas, and 23 additional overseas countries, as well as the Armed Forces Network. Claude M. Bristol (1891-1951) was a lawyer, lecturer, investment banker, and foreign correspondent. He was also a spiritual seeker, and an enthusiast of the possibilities and powers of the mind. In 1948, Bristol's personal interests in metaphysics led him, at age 57, just three years before his death, to write his enduring New Thought classic The Magic of Believing. Many celebrities credit Bristol and his books for their success in life, Phyllis Diller being one of them. Here are six vintage 12" vinyl, 33 rpm, LP record albums. Five are by Earl Nightingale, and one is by Claude M. Bristol. The first record is an original 1958 record album of his best-selling "The Strangest Secret." The record is unmarked, clean and appears new. No sign of scratches or damage. Comes with sleeve. Album cover has just light wear, one or two light wrinkles. On the back is a small red ink stamp with the original album owner's name and address in Oregon. The next four records are original "Our Changing World" radio station only albums that were meant to be played one time on the radio station show, and then returned to Nightingale, which is cleared marked on the back of each album. I don't know the exact dates these were played, but the program numbers on the front are marked: 1501 / 1510 1521 / 1530 1541 / 1550 1551 / 1560 Three come with their original sleeves; the album 1521 / 1530 does not have a sleeve, however, the record appears to be in excellent condition. The covers have some light wear, a few wrinkles in places, mostly in the corners. The final and sixth record is an original album for Claude M. Bristol's "The Magic of Believing." I do not know the year this came out. The record appears to be in excellent condition. Album cover has several moderate creases on the back side. Cover is still in original protective plastic wrap, but has been opened on one side to allow access to the record inside. IN ALL SIX (6) VINTAGE MOTIVATIONAL ALBUMS!
