LP is EX, super nice, no scratches or scuffs, nice luster, plays great. Labels clean as new with no spindle wear or marks, no writing or stickers. Cover is VG+ with some light ring wear, a 1" split on the left bottom seam, and a 2" split on the upper right seam. No writing, no sticker, left side seam is 100% intact. Very nice example of this rare LP. I will ship your records in sturdy cardboard packaging, in poly sleeves, with the record in a separate poly sleeve to avoid any damage.
