Side 1: "Surf Route 101," "Muscle Beach Party," "Ventura,” "Santa Barbara," "Redondo Beach," "Surfin' Scene."Side 2: "Balboa Island," "Oceanside," "My First Love," "Midnight Run," "Malibu Blues," "Newport Beach." This is a Mono release.Jacket has writing on the front and back. Some wear and discoloration. Some seam splits, but no stickers. Some damage aroudn the area where the bonus 45 is stored (see photo). The bonus 45 is in VG- to VG condition, some wear on the labels and some slight tears around the outer edge on one side. Lots of light paper scuffs. LP vinyl is in G+ to VG- condition.
