Remember - cleaning them doesn't remove the scratches of scuffs, but it does remove the grime and fingerprints and dust and bong resin and Cheetos flakes. I'll put it this way: if I were selling a used car, there's no way I would put it on the lot with a price tag on it if I haven't cleaned it first. And when I get a used record in the mail, it makes me so much happier when it's already cleaned and ready to go. It takes time and effort to do this but I want you to be happy. I will try to be as specific as possible with the imperfections in the details below and will note when there is something significant. Most of these will be decent players at higher volume levels so if that's what you're after, go for it. I have a full time job and don't really do this for the money - most of the time the money I make goes right back into more records for my collection. I have 2 young kids and this is called "daddy" time in the basement. Most of my vinyl and jackets are in this condition. Vinyl will show playwear/scratches, but nothing deep and it will play through fine. You may encounter a "pop" or two or some light background noise.The jacket may have creasing, edgewear, ringwear, or corner dings but nothing significant.)6 – VG (Vinyl/jacket may will show a fair to moderate amount of wear .Vinyl may show a number of scratches and you will likely experience some background noise during playback, but NO skips. The jacket may show a fair amount of wear in the form of creasing, edgewear, ringwear, writing, seam splits, etc.)5 – VG- (Rarely will I sell anything of this grade unless it is a collector item with some value.
