Side1 has one non-feelable scratch across tracks 3 & 4. Side 2 has a little light scuffing to the first track. Side 3 has a non-feelable line on Track 1. Side 4 is very clean with nothing obvious. Otherwise, there are some fine hairlines and sleeve removal lines, in bright light, on both discs. Lovely condition overall. Audio – Excellent Audio is clean, bright and distortion free. There is some light background noise and crackle to run in/run off, between tracks and throughout some quieter passages. But nothing offensive and no sticks, skips or jumps. A fantastic listen through this classic album. Labels – Excellent+ Lovely dark green Apple labels. The labels are all in beautiful condition with just minimal spindle wear visible, otherwise very clean. No stickers, tears or writing. Include the “Sold in the U.K…” text. Sleeve – Excellent+ Top opening Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve, numbered: 0299339. Lovely clean sleeve, some light storage wear to all corners and a light bit of rippling to each corner on the opening edges. 'The Beatles' embossed title is clean, crisp and undamaged and the number is bright and clean. Spine is clean and fully readable with no laminate cracking/flaking. All sides of the sleeve show just very minimal creasing, the most obvious is a small area on the inside cover (bottom corner towards the spine) but even this is very light. Inner gatefold cover is very clean, just some dirt to the external flipbacks. The inner spine is again clean and free from laminate lift/cracking. Overall a little age ‘yellowing’ but very clean. Just one little mark on the front cover and a few handling marks to the rear. Overall a very presentable sleeve. Inner Sleeve - Excellent+ The Black inners are in lovely condtion. They both have just minimal light creasing and a handful of little ‘nicks’ to the opening edges. Single-sided centre holes are undamaged. All edges are intact, no splits. Photos - EX+ Just some light storage wear to a few corners. Poster - EX+ Lovely condItion. No splits or tears, just a little light creasing. Very clean example. Spacer – EX+ Often lost or destroyed, this plain sheet of paper is in lovely condition. Just one crease across the whole sheet and a little light age discolouration. Really nice 1st UK Mono pressing.
