Description Proud to present this special "Give 'Em Enough Rope"promo album/ press kit made for The Clash in 1978 by CBS records. Incredibly rare promo pack ,possibly the rarest of the rare Clash discs,as only 100 were produced and those who have them do not wish to part with them! (Except silly me,as I just know I will regret this down the road a bit) Includes:Kit includes special yellow sleeve,promo copy of GEUR, The story of the Clash one sheet by Joe Strummer, a CBS promo 8x10 glossy band photo,an amazing 2-sided ultra rare poster,(which I have seen sell for hundreds alone!) Condition: Everything in fine shape,the only issues being the poster has tiny tack holes,and the most noteworthy flaw is the tiny piece missing from the edge of the Story of the Clash one sheet(see picture). I saw that one of these sold for nearly $1000. recently and in not much better shape,although the seller claimed all was mint you could see his promo photo had more yellowing than mine and similar signs of handling,especially the thin stock of the yellow folder. Will be posted with signature confirmation and insured.Disc has been thoroughly examined to prevent a refund switch.(Unfortunately there are a few unscrupulous individuals who would try this.)
