Once payment is received, I usually ship within 24 hours. I am offering a discount of $1 off of each record when you purchase two or more albums from me at the same time. (Album lots or double albums are treated as one album and will receive $1 off only.) I ship via United States Postal Service Media Mail which takes typically from three to eight BUSINESS days to deliver. If you want me to use a faster shipping method, such as Priority Mail (1 to 3 business days), please contact me for the cost. I can combine record purchases for a total of 3 albums in a carton. The first album costs $4.00 to ship, then each record after that costs 50 cents more, for up to a total of $5.00 for three records. Let me know if you are purchasing other albums from me so I can hold the shipment, if you wish, until all your purchases are complete and can be shipped together. I carefully pack the albums I sell—the record itself is removed from its cover and wrapped separately in a temporary “sleeve.” I provide added cushioning and support for the container, and I make sure there is no movement within the carton, which is specially made for record albums. I also attempt to provide accurate, detailed descriptions of the albums I sell. I always provide information about the cover, the album and even the inner sleeve based on close visual inspection. I also often sound test the records, and I have never had an album returned because of inaccurate condition information. If a customer is simply unhappy with a purchase, I do accept returns for refund if notified with 14 days of delivery. The buyer must carefully repackage the album so it will arrive in the same condition as when sent and is responsible for the cost of the return postage. Once the item has been returned, I will refund the buyer’s purchase price and original shipping cost. If you have questions, I will be sure to respond within 24 hours. Thanks for looking at my listing! I used the following grade descriptions to determine record condition. MINT (M) Usually still sealed but if opened, will look as though it has never been played. Record and cover are perfect. NEAR MINT (NM) Nearly perfect—looks like the album has been handled or played only a few times. Records are shiny, with no visible defects and are very clean. The label will be unblemished and in perfect condition and there won’t be any “spindle marks” at the center hole. If played, there will be no surface noise. Near mint covers are free of creases, ring wear, rub spots, seam splits, punch holes, etc. Cover images and colors will be clear and bright. Will show almost no handling or storage wear of any kind. EXCELLENT (E) Shows only minor surface wear. The vinyl will have only a couple light scratches or scuff marks, and perhaps very light soiling. The label will have no significant loss of color, no writing, only a tiny bit of soiling and only a few spindle marks. No significant surface noise will be heard and there will be no skips or pops. An E cover will show only the lightest soiling, may have slight creasing, a few rub spots, minor edge wear and/or ring and only light wear to the corners. Stickers may also be on the cover, but will be original to the package. VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) A little more signs of use will be seen as far as soiling and a few more light scratches and scuffs, and some groove wear will be becoming evident. There may be some light spindle scratches or discoloration to the label, there might be some light writing such as the owner’s name, and there may be some color loss. When played, there may be some light surface noise heard such as some background hissing, light crackling and/or several light to moderate pops heard. A VG+ cover may have moderate ring wear with some color loss or soiling in those areas, there may be rough edges and even a seam split (of less than one inch) on one side, a bit heavier creasing and more rub spots, and there may be a punch hole, some soiling, defacing and/or stickers placed by previous owners. VERY GOOD (VG) The record will have evident surface wear--most of the gloss will be lost, groove wear may be evident on sight and there may be numerous scratches, some of which might be able to be felt with your fingernail. Spindle wear and marks will be evident, there might be writing, a sticker, tape or marks on the label. Soiling and finger prints will be evident on the vinyl. When played, a VG record will have surface noise; noticeable but still light hissing and crackling, some light to moderate popping, perhaps a tiny skip in a song or two, or perhaps some distortion, but nothing that detracts from the overall enjoyment of the music or that overpowers the music. A VG cover will have moderate to heavy ring wear and there may be a split seam on one side as well as one other side starting to split. There will be roughness along the other edges and all corners will be worn. There will be some color loss and soiling in the areas where heavy ring wear has occurred. There may be a split on the bottom or will have rough edges occurring. Creasing may be significant. There may be writing, defacing, a punch hole, scratching, indentations, and other marks. GOOD (G) The record will have evident human handling and significant wear. The gloss will be nearly gone, groove wear may evident on sight, there will be numerous light scratches, scuffs and skates, some which will be able to be felt by your fingernail, and there will be soiling. The label will show writing, discoloration, defacing, numerous spindle marks and may have slight tearing. There will be noticeable and consistent surface noise such as some hissing and crackling and consistent popping on more than a few songs, and there will likely be distortion and perhaps some skips heard, but the album will still be enjoyable to hear in most sections. A G cover will have all the problems of a VG cover only more so; heavy ring wear, color loss and soiling. The gloss of the cover will likely be nearly gone if not totally gone. There may be heavy creasing, damage to all corners, splitting to two or more edges. There may be chipping, paper degrading or browning along the edges. One or more of the edges may look chewed. There may be lots of marks, more than a couple areas with writing, chipping, and stickers.
