Single LP, housed in a double-sided, folded beautifully "lo-fi" silk-screen version of the original artwork. I'm the original owner, and have kept this in excellent condition in my pet- and smoke-free home - both vinyl and sleeve are NM. This thing is a treasure that I sadly need to part with - lucky you.
