Description For sale one used Garrard 4hf Idler drive turntable in full working order and excellent condition for its age. This item has been fully serviced. The motor runs to all speeds correctly and in good time. The motor bearing is smooth and runs well, slight platter noise. The Idler Wheel is in excellent condition with no flat spots or degradation. Pitch control works perfectly. Speed change is smooth not clunky. The platter and mat are in very good condition considering their age. The turntable comes in its original case with the key. The headshell pictured is wired for mono but I do have another one which is stereo wired, not pictured, but will be included. I believe this type of turntable is used by a well known Reggae Dub Star called Jah Shaka. OK 2 small points, last picture shows repaired damage, does not affect use, also the tonearm clip was absent when I got this, I have fashioned a suitable replacement. I am happy to post this worldwide it may be expensive as I will be removing the turntable from the case as I'm not sure if it would travel well together, so 2 boxes strapped together, item will be extremely well packed.
