The original inner sleeve is in good condition, same as the cover, some minor creases, and wear. The record is also starting to come through the sleeve on multiple sides. The vinyl record has one smudge scratch or blemish (pictured). Tested no skipping or other issues. Clean record. Plastic kept. The record has a lite storage smell.
