On the front and back of the cover are a picture of a woman topless with a nice pair of (you know...), who looks vaguely similar to Valerie Bertinelli. Tracks are listed on the cover in all lower case, but are listed in all upper case on the record. At the bottom of the back cover, there is a small note that says "This album is dedicated to the Wild Man of the Rockies".
