Description This is a beautiful original release of "The 'Priest' They Called Him," a collaboration between William S. Burroughs (writer/narrator) and Kurt Cobain of Nirvana (background guitar). It was released in 1993 by the small Oregon-based label Tim Kerr Records, UPC 764483004411. The program is contained in its entirety on side 1, while the blank side 2 features the signatures of both performers etched into the vinyl over their portraits.This is a beautiful piece. I am the original owner and have never played it (I also have the CD version and use that as my listening copy). The vinyl disc is a solid NM, and the cover sleeve is just as glossy as the day it was printed with no scuffs, cracks or folds. The only thing keeping me from rating the sleeve as NM is a slight backward bend to a couple of the corners (see photo), which will correct itself when stored among other records. (I've had this one in a display case for many years.)Photos are of the actual item up for bid, NOT stock photos. Item will ship well-protected in a sturdy cardboard mailer.
